I love Jesus !

Good day everyone, How are all of you doing? I trust in our amazing Father that you are all good and growing in your walk with Him everyday.
So many of us think its not right to talk to God all the time, we grow up with the believe that you are not allowed to bother God. We are not allowed to talk to Him whenever we feel like it.
Well today I want to share very good news with you! God wants you to talk to Him, every day whenever you want to. Just like you can go to your mom and dad, so can you go to God. There is no specific time or day that you have to go into conversation with our Father, He is there for us all the time day and night.
So today I would like to talk a bit about frankness….. But lets first se what the word means: Expressing true opinion: open, honest, and sometimes forceful in expressing true feelings and opinions Let me be frank with you. Showing openness and bluntness: allowing people's true feelings and opinions to be openly and often bluntly stated a frank discussion of our differences. Pleasingly honest: having or showing an appealingly open and honest nature has a frank manner that won her many friends. Undisguised: openly expressed, without concealment or disguise regarded him with frank loathing.
We need to build a relationship with God and we need to be frank about it. As a Christian it is very important to understand frankness because if we don’t understand it how can we express our true feelings when we stand before God everyday. God knows everything but how many of us try to hide away what we really think and feel? We need to open up to God so that He can start working in us. I know its difficult out there but God has send us awesome help…the Holy Spirit, we must just let Him into our lives.
To be frank is not to be rude and hateful, its to expressing true feelings in a godly manner. We still need to stay humble and walk in the footsteps of Jesus.
Please go each day in with the knowledge that God wants to have a relationship with you and that He cant wait for the day when you decide to let Him in completely.
Don’t wait to long to make that decision . I really hope you have a awesome week and that Gods purpose for your life will unfold before your eyes. All my love Anneline Life for Jesus ~Love Barbara~

Another wonderful Challenge from faith sister .. Check it out!
I challenge you today .. something old but as you know in scrapbooking there is always a Challenge. have a Blessed day!

August Humpty Dumpty Challenge - Welcome to Sweet Tomato’s Humpty Dumpty Template Challenge, a new, monthly challenge sure to get your creative juices flowing. So, here’s the story (and I’m sticking to it): I made this template and then my toddlers came around and messed with my Photoshop while I tried to go to the bathroom in peace. I should have known it was too quiet for anything good to be going on. When I got back in the computer room, this jumble was what was left on the screen. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to put this Humpty Dumpty template back together again. As to how it goes back to together, that is entirely up to you, my friend. Here are the guidelines:

1. You must use each piece in your layout (sorry no delete keys allowed), but how you use it and where you use it is entirely up to you. You can resize, reshape, reorient any way you please, but it must be there somewhere. Paper scrappers, please play along, just create the bits you see on screen with whatever works for you. This is a PSD file, so for those using other programs, I have saved each item as a png file that you can drag into your program. There is NO obsessing over rules here, if it feels right to you than it is with me!

2. Use whatever theme and kits you would like (50% of it needs to come from the Faith Sisters shop), add and embellish it until you are and then upload here to our Humpty Dumpty gallery.

3. Then come back to the monthly thread and post your gallery link so we can give you some much-deserved . Here is August's Humpty Dumpty Template:

Click here to download. And as some special motivation, at the end of the month I will randomly choose a layout from our gallery and that lucky creative genius will get a $5 gift certificate to my store. Yeah!

What is the one thing that everybody needs, seeks and long for? Is it not to feel save, secure and loved? You were made with the driving passion to love and to be loved, but it does not stop there!! You are made with a longing for something or someone, even when you meet that special person you are still unsatisfied with what you have. There is a inner search to please someone, and let me tell you that person is God….Yes I tell you the truth today and its so sad that so many people never get the chance to experience that total feeling of being loved. People walk around with the idea in there heads that they are made to eat, sleep, have jobs and house and make friends, is that what you think? Is that what you think your purpose on this earth is? If your answer is yes then I think you need to learn the truth today…. There is such great love and sense of security if you come to understand and know God. No I’m not just another person trying to convince you that God is the way the truth and the light, I’m telling you. Without God we are nothing, just some specks walking around on this planet. People so often turn to people for happiness and rely on a person to heal them or take the hurt away from childhood or a previous broken relationship, an abusive father or mother or it can be that you were teased at school. What ever the reason, why do we turn to people for comfort and security? God is the only One that will never hurt you or abandon you, He will never shout at you or say hurtful things to you, He will never send you away if you need love and comfort, so why not turn to Him? Is He not the Giver of life? Is He not the One that loves you more than anyone? Is He not the One that puts you first and have your name writhen in the palm of His hand? Isa 49:16 Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are continually before me. God loves and understands you, He knows everything about you. Your weaknesses and your strengths, what you like and dislike. Nothing about you is new to Him, but yet He still loves you. He does not ask or expect of you to be perfect, He wants you to be loved. If you don’t have God in your life, I want to tell you that to make that decision will be the best one you will ever make. God has an appointment with you and is waiting for you to let Him in. Look around you, do you see all the splendour, His creation and love. All the wonderful things that He has made? God cares much more for you than things on this earth, you are His child. I ask that you look past the things of the world and all that is going on, I’m asking you to look at God and His beauty. All you need to do is trust in Him and turn to Him. I truly hope that you make God apart of your life and see how satisfying it is to walk with Him, no matter what happens in your life. God is truly the only One that can give you 100% security, love and the feeling of being save. Our God is a awesome God and I love him .

My prayer for you: My wonderful Father and Friend, I thank You for the opportunity to tell this people about Your greatness and love. God You are truly the Way and the Light. I ask that You will please reveal Yourself to these people and let them experience Your love. God thank You that we can know for certain that You love us and will always be there for us. Father God You are awesome and there will never be anyone like You. I ask this in the Name of Jesus Christ and I thank You. Amen Have a blessed week All my love Anneline Life for Jesus Ministries ~Love Barbara~

8 fat fighting foods

Combat fat! Your allies in battling bulge?
Foods that do the work for you. These edibles have proven lipid-melting powers that help you slim. That’s a win. By Veronica Byrd
Almonds Almond joy! Dieters who ate 3 ounces of these nuts every day reduced their weight and body-mass index by a solid 18 percent compared with an 11 percent drop in the no-nut group, a study in the International Journal of Obesity found. Almonds are high in alpha-linolenic acid, which can speed the metabolism of fats. Stick to 12 per serving.
Berries Vitamin C–loaded fruit such as strawberries and raspberries can help you sizzle up to 30 percent more fat during exercise, suggests research from Arizona State University at Mesa. Blend a vinaigrette of 1 cup berries and ¼ cup balsamic vinegar.See our tips: 5 stress-fighting superfoods!
Cinnamon This spice could make your waistline nice. Sprinkling ¼ teaspoon on your food may prevent a postmeal insulin spike—this increase normally occurs after you eat and “signals the body that it should store fat rather than burn it,” explains Lauren Slayton, R.D., of New York City. Add a dash to your oatmeal, yogurt or coffee.
Mustard Hello, yellow. The spice that gives mustard its color, turmeric, may slow the growth of fat tissues, a study in the journal Endocrinology notes. Eighty-six mayo in favor of any mustard; sprinkle turmeric on cauliflower and roast for a tangy side.
Oranges Prevent pound creep with this citrus star: It contains fat-torching compounds called flavones. Women who ate the most flavones had a significantly lower increase in body fat over a 14-year period, a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition finds. Snack on slices or drink freshly squeezed OJ (with pulp!) for the biggest payback.Related: 30 foods that fight fat!
Soybeans These green gems are rich in choline, a compound that blocks fat absorption and breaks down fatty deposits. Add ½ cup edamame to a salad.
Sweet potatoes Trade up to sweet taters. They’re high in fiber, which means no drastic insulin jumps and thus less fat packed onto your hips. Bake a small sweet potato—think of two bars of soap as a portion size—and top with a dollop of lowfat or nonfat cottage cheese.
Swiss cheese Holy cow: “Calcium-rich foods reduce fat-producing enzymes and increase fat breakdown,” says Michael B. Zemel, Ph.D., director of the Nutrition Institute at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Put toe to toe with some of its cheesy counterparts, Swiss is a heavy hitter in the calcium department; layer a slice on a lunchtime sandwich, or stack some on high-fiber crackers.

AP Source: Gitmo 9/11 suspects heading to NY trial
( copied and pasted from the new read the entire art.. at http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_guantanamo_us_trial )

By DEVLIN BARRETT, Associated Press Writer Devlin Barrett, Associated Press Writer – 18 mins ago
WASHINGTON – Self-proclaimed Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees will be sent to New York to face trial in a civilian federal court, while five other suspects will be sent to military commissions, an Obama administration official said Friday.
The official said Attorney General Eric Holder plans to announce the decision later in the morning. The official is not authorized to discuss the decision before the announcement, so spoke on condition of anonymity.
Without confirming details of the decision, President Barack Obama said it was a legal and national security matter. "I am absolutely convinced that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will be subjected to the most exacting demands of justice," Obama said at a joint news conference in Tokyo with Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama.
Bringing such notorious suspects to U.S. soil to face trial is a key step in Obama's plan to close the terror suspect detention center at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Obama initially planned to close the detention center by Jan. 22, but the administration is no longer expected to meet that deadline.
It is also a major legal and political test of Obama's overall approach to terrorism. If the case suffers legal setbacks, the administration will face second-guessing from those who never wanted it in a civilian courtroom. And if lawmakers get upset about notorious terrorists being brought to their home regions, they may fight back against other parts of Obama's agenda.
The New York case may also force the court system to confront a host of difficult legal issues surrounding counter-terrorism programs begun after the 2001 attacks, including the harsh interrogation techniques once used on some of the suspects while in CIA custody. The most severe method — waterboarding, or simulated drowning — was used on Mohammed 183 times in 2003, before the practice was banned.
Holder will also announce that five other detainees, including a major suspect in the bombing of the USS Cole, Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, will face justice before a military commission, the official said.

It was not immediately clear where commission-bound detainees like al-Nashiri might be sent, but a military brig in South Carolina has been high on the list of sites under consideration.
The actual transfer of the detainees from Guantanamo to New York isn't expected to happen for many more weeks because formal charges have not been filed against most of them.
The attorney general has decided the case of the five Sept. 11 suspects should be handled by prosecutors working in the Southern District of New York, which has held a number of major terrorism trials in recent decades at a courthouse in lower Manhattan, just blocks from where the World Trade Center towers tumbled on Sept. 11, 2001.
Holder had been considering other possible trial locations, including Virginia, Washington, D.C., and a different courthouse in New York City. Those districts could end up conducting trials of other Guantanamo detainees sent to federal court later on.

Favorite Places to East

The Places where most people are eating out at.....
Buffalo Wild Wings. Hot wings, zesty drinks, low prices, and a funky sports-themed atmosphere seem to draw crowds no matter how the economy's doing. This Minneapolis-based chain with outlets in 41 states has grown rapidly over the past two years, thanks to its plan to open about 60 new restaurants per year. Same-store sales have risen slightly, with expansion juicing overall revenue by about 31 percent so far this year. Profits are up by 34 percent. And the company says the grand openings will continue.
[See 10 products that boomed during the recession.]

BJ's Restaurants. Management might be tempted to belly up and drown their sorrows, since the majority of this chain's 89 restaurants are in deep-recession states like California, Arizona, and Florida. But the company's homemade ales, Chicago-style pizza, and deep-dish cookies seem to offer some comfort from the gloom, and nine new restaurant openings in 2009 have helped drive net income up 41 percent so far this year. The company hopes to open nearly a dozen new stores next year and ramp up expansion even more once the economy improves.

Chipotle Mexican Grill. The fast food at these casual eateries feels slow, thanks to organic ingredients, custom combos, and an emphasis on freshness. Traffic is down at many locations, but the company has been able to compensate by raising prices, a recession rarity that signals how popular Chipotle's burritos and spicy salads are. The company has also been able to continue a breakneck expansion plan, with new store openings for 2009 and 2010 likely to total about 250. Prices increases and expansion have boosted profits by 55 percent so far this year.

Olive Garden. More food for less money hits the sweet spot these days, which makes the family-style portions at this casual Italian chain a hit with diners. Olive Garden is a division of Darden Restaurants, which also operates Red Lobster, Longhorn Steakhouse, and a few smaller chains. Olive Garden has been the best performer of the bunch, with same-store sales down slightly but overall sales up, thanks to about 35 new outlets that have opened over the past year. That helped boost overall earnings for the company by 15 percent in the most recent quarter.
[See why stocks are surging as jobs disappear.]

Panera Bread Co. This bakery-cafe chain has viewed the recession as an opportunity to impress customers with its tasty, inexpensive meals--and to steal business from competitors. It's working. An emphasis on artisanal breads, organic chicken, seasonal specialties, and other delicacies hard to find in the suburbs--where most of Panera's nearly 1,400 stores are located--has helped propel earnings 35 percent higher so far this year. The stock has been even more impressive, nearly doubling since the beginning of 2008. The company plans to continue expanding, opening about 20 new stores each quarter for the foreseeable future.

Peet's Coffee & Tea. Instead of the deep price cuts that some premium retailers have used to prime sales, Peet's has doubled down on service at its nearly 200 stores and introduced upscale new offerings such as Godiva-flavored coffees. It has also reached well beyond its base in the western United States and begun selling coffee through grocery stores in New England and other regions. Earnings are up 25 percent so far this year, and Peet's remains ambitious, aiming to offer the highest-quality coffee in every market it serves.

P.F. Chang's. This chain of snazzy Chinese joints disappointed investors recently, with third-quarter earnings that came in below expectations. But overall the firm has performed well, considering that many of its outlets are in malls--ground zero for the retail recession--and one third of them are in hard-hit California, Arizona, and Florida. Despite that, profits are up 35 percent in 2009, thanks to aggressive cost-cutting. The company plans to open nearly 20 new restaurants over the next year and to start selling a line of frozen food. And despite the recent disappointments, the stock is still up more than 40 percent since the start of 2008.
[See 8 industries that will sit out a recovery.]

Texas Roadhouse. Free peanuts and the down-market folksiness of this burger-and-steak chain with the Willie Nelson memorabilia have kept the crowds from fleeing to cheaper joints. To combat the recession, the company added lower-priced items it could still make a profit on, instead of slashing prices on existing menu items. That has helped sustain profits even though same-store sales have dipped slightly. And about 10 restaurant openings this year have helped bring in new revenue. Overall earnings are up 21 percent so far in 2009, a bigger jump than analysts expected, with 15 new restaurants planned for 2010. Best of all, the peanuts will remain free
