Word Empowerment featuring Bishop Neil Ellis
Bishop Ellis organized Mount Tabor Union Baptist Church in February of 1987 with thirteen members. Mount Tabor (now Full Gospel Baptist Church), is one of the fastest growing churches in The Bahamas; and over the years the Ministry has emerged as the largest body of believers in the country. Creative Healing Challenge - {Set Free}
Creative Healing Challenge - {Set Free} - Copied and paster from Faith sister..
Wow its July already and this week it doesn't even feel like summer where we live, but it sure beats the scorching hot weather so I am certainly thankful. For July we are going to focus on how Christ has set us free. It can be your testimony of when you were saved or an everyday testimony of how Christ continually frees you from bondage the things that try to keep you captive.
Here are some scriptures to inspire you.
I will walk about in freedom, for I have sought out your precepts.
Psalm 119:45
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
2 Corinthians 3:17
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.
Galatians 5:1
You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature ; rather, serve one another in love.
Galatians 5:13
But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it—he will be blessed in what he does.
James 1:25
Live as free men, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as servants of God.
1 Peter 2:16
