January 4th - Living to Fight Again: Recovering It All
No matter how rested, restored, and eager you are for the battle at hand, if you are not protected from the attacks of the enemy, you will get weary and fall. The fact of the matter is that we will get weary all the time. But, to be weary is to let it set in, allow it to become a part of us, and to get us to the point where we faint.
Gods' fortress is like a gas station. We go there to get a filling when we get on empty. In God's fortress there is solitude and secrecy. We also find recovery to deal with the process of recovering all. If we are going to recover all, we must learn how to recover from the fight, people, and ourselves.
Victorious Scripture Text:
Galatians 6:9 (KJV) And let us not be weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap if we faint not.
