Busy travel season begins at RDU

Raleigh, N.C. — Tens of thousands are expected to pack the Raleigh-Durham International Airport on Tuesday – the beginning of the busy holiday travel season. Though travel numbers are expected to be down from prior years due to the slumping economy, experts predict full flights because the airline industry is offering fewer seats.
