Standing Beyond the Weariness of the Job (I'ts A Ministry)
As Christians, we must change the way we approach what we do. Most people approach what they do as a job. But, the problem with jobs is that they make us weary. They exhaust our strength and we get tired of doing it day in and day out.
Ministry, however, should never be thought of as a job. When we recognize that we are all called, ordained, and gifted by God, then everything that we do should never be thought of as a job, but as a ministry to worship God. The key is to declare that we will not be weary and we will not faint because this is not our job, it's our ministry.

Galatians 6:9 (KJV) And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
